Regular Class Terms & Conditions

There will be four sections of regular classes i.e. Group-1, Group-2, Group-3 & Group-4. Group-1 Basic exercises & Steps.
Group-2 Mangalacharan.
Group-3 Batu & Basanta Pallavi
Group-4 Other Pallavis & Abhinaya
(Theory classes are compulsory for all groups) Group-1 & Group-4Tuesday & Thursday 6 to 8 pm / Sunday 7.30 to 9.30 am
Group-2 & Group-3Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6 to 8 pm. (Student must reach the dance school 10 minutes before the class) At the time of admission each student is to pay Rs 115/- for the admission fees + two months tuition fees in advance. If the student does not pay the tuition fees continuously for two months, then these fees will be adjusted accordingly. Thereafter if a student does not pay the tuition fees regularly then the student’s name will be struck off the school rolls. The student may be put back on the rolls by paying the readmission fees alongwith the pending tuition fees. Each student is given a fee card to maintain the fee statements every month and produce the same at the Srjan’s office at the end of every month while paying the tuition fees.

Fees are paid monthly, by the 10th of every month. A fine of Rs 5/- will be charged after the 10th of the month. The details of tuition and other fees are given below. All Groups Rs 100/- per month

Admission form Rs 10/- There will be 3 classes a week totaling 12 classes per month. Each student’s compulsory attendance is 10 classes a month, 120 per year. If the student’s attendance is less than 120 in a year, then he/she cannot appear in the annual examination. Each student is allowed maximum 24 days leave in a year. A student must give an application each time he/she is absent from class for whatever reason. Any absence, without leave application, will result such days being automatically deducted from the total annual attendance. Parents should instruct students to identify their belongings and pack them in their bags before leaving dance school. A student should not bring any valuables to school e.g. gold ornaments, toys, watches etc. The dance school will not be responsible for any loss. Fee structure and course content are not negotiable.
All legal proceedings will be restricted to Bhubaneswar jurisdiction.
